crap of a life

well my mom just had surgery and half her thyroid was taken out. now she is having the rest removed because she has thyroid cancer. im worried but she says and curable and all websites says it is so please dont insult my intelligence and say cancer isnt because i know how to read. She is having surgery and also has to take a radioactive iodine pill or something like that...hopefully everything will be ok
